Education
At Community Carbon Trees – Costa Rica, we strengthen individual tree survival rates and decrease deforestation through community education and awareness activities and seminars. We focus on youth education classes and offer integrated opportunities for local and foreign children alike to work together in the tree nurseries including seed collection activities to heighten awareness of the value of seeds and their preservation for reforestation and conservation. A whole host of environmental solutions are focused upon in our fun filled Kids Nature Days and other community activities. We will continue to post interesting educational opportunities here in Costa Rica and elsewhere, so stay tuned.
